Amazing location to tie the knot

'Having a wedding during covid was never going to be ideal, but having the amazing location at the Bosc made our day unforgettable. The Bosc itself is stunning, to look out from the balcony with the cricket in the background and woodland just beyond was spectacular, the ease of having the play park next to the Bosc so our guests could relax while their children play was such a bonus.

Having our ceremony on the balcony was perfect for our special day and being able to decorate it accordingly was brilliant, With the function room providing plenty of space for guests and staff during covid times ensuring our day was still perfect. Chermain was very helpful in helping us to plan our special day and rearrange it due to covid whilst taking away the pre-wedding stresses that come hand in hand. Chermain, Katie and her team made sure our day ran smoothly and stress-free. Chermain was brilliant at organising the day keeping the stresses from us, so we and our guests felt relaxed while enjoying the day. Thank you to all the team for helping make our day so special.'

Summer Wedding

'We looked at various venues before deciding on the BOSC. From the first point of contact we were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. The events organiser Chermain was superb from day one and couldn't do enough for us, it was particularly difficult to arrange due to the pandemic (we postponed/rescheduled three times). Each and every hurdle we faced Chermain provided a very quick solution. Chermain worked tirelessly the day prior to our wedding to help with decorating the venue and then she was back the following day from the start of our wedding to the very end. We were delighted with every aspect of her work.

Venue as above we looked at various venues but none of them came close to the BOSC in our opinion, it's a charming building in a very quiet location surrounded by beautiful ground. We married on the balcony and had our reception in the upstairs function room. The kitchen staff created an amazing wedding breakfast to our specification, the food tasted amazing and again nothing was too much trouble. The evening disco was provided by "Disco Darren" what a great guy! We gave him our requirements an he got them spot on! Definitely recommend his services! The facilities were spotless.

Our wedding day was exactly how we wanted it and this is due to the BOSC having a can do attitude matched with great staff. We would highly recommend the BOSC. Thank you so much to everyone involved.'

Summer Marquee Wedding

'We got married last Saturday an had the most amazing day. Chermain and Katie were stars in the preparation and planning. They were amazing on the day. All the guests were very complimentary of the day and the food. Thank you to everyone at the BOSC who helped to make our wedding day so special.'

Christmas Wedding

'We had our wedding at the BOSC on 23rd December 2021. Chermain was brilliant. She couldn't have done anymore to make our wedding the brilliant event that it was! The Chef and team supplied the exact menu that we requested and ensured all of our guests were catered for. The waiting staff did a great job keeping everyone fed and watered. We can recommend Disco Darren for the entertainment. We have had such good feedback from our guests that we'd love to do it all again - but maybe not this year. Thank you all - amazing run up to Christmas.'

Perfect place to say 'I do'

'Having recently had our wedding at the BOSC, we wanted to say how thrilled we were. The venue was really lovely, overlooking the cricket pitch, and with a function room and terrace upstairs, and a large terrace downstairs, it was the ideal size for all our guests to enjoy the beautiful views and tranquil setting. The balcony provided the perfect ceremony space. The team at the BOSC really made our day feel special, and very welcoming, they were on top of all the detail, and due to them, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. This venue would be great for a wedding, or any other function, as due to its size, could cater for numerous occasions.

We were so impressed we have booked it for another function next year!
